1. Service provider
Artevix is a professional website creation platform for local businesses, operated by Alvaro Crespo Martinez, based in Spain.

2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern access to and use of the services offered through artevix.com, including:
- Creation and hosting of websites for local businesses
- Online booking system with payment processing
- Custom domain registration and management
3. Registration and accounts
Access to certain services requires account creation. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Pricing and billing
Service prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT). Billing is processed monthly through Stripe.
- The subscription fee is charged automatically each month
- Setup fees are charged once upon service activation
- Domains are billed annually at the price shown at the time of purchase
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, users have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, contact support@artevix.com stating your wish to withdraw from the contract.
6. Service cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their control panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
7. Intellectual property
Content generated for business websites (text, structure, design) becomes the property of the client once payment is made.
The Artevix platform, its source code, design, and brand are the exclusive property of Artevix.
8. Limitation of liability
Artevix is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. We commit to 99.9% service availability.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Services Act.
10. Modifications
Artevix reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email.
Continued use of the services after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
